Jones Pure Cane Soda Reversed for webBud-RM-white-back

The two annual Street Fairs are Tucsons biggest events, and they could nott happen without our sponsors! This year our major sponsors are Spike Beverages, Budweiser Beer, and KOLD Channel 13 (CBS).

Interested in being a Sponsor? Want to reach Tucson in a festive, responsive mood?

The Fourth Avenue Street Fair is THE Tucson event! The Fair has been an integral part of Tucsons personality for 30 years, and is recognized nationally as one of the best Street Fairs in the country. All the local media announce the coming of the event.

Crowds at any given Fair range from 250,000 to 350,000, representing one half of Tucsons total population. In the weeks leading up to the Fair every Tucsonan who reads a paper, looks at a billboard, watches TV, or listens to radio will find out the Fair is coming. Then, in 3 days, half of them will visit our event. We know of no other weekend event in the country that pulls as high a percentage of its metro population that is Tucson loyalty!

Your support of the Fair is also support of the greater Tucson community. One of the reasons for Tucsons incredible love affair with the event is that every year the Merchants Association is responsible for over $75,000 in contributions to local charities and service organizations. The Fair is really the heart of  The Old Pueblo and we want to bring you into our heart and the hearts of Tucsonans. What we really want are partners in our success, not just one-time dollars. If you dont do well its really a waste of time and effort on everyones part, so we do everything we can to make sure you reach your goals.

The Fourth Avenue Merchants Association is a non-profit organization charged with promoting the growth and development of businesses and communities in the Fourth Avenue area, but our roots and the fruit of our labors enrich all of Tucson. Come help us while taking advantage of the opportunities afforded by the largest weekend event in Tucson.

Fourth Avenue Street Fair General Info

The Fourth Avenue Street Fair is Tucsons largest consumer fair and one of Tucsons biggest and most recognized promotional opportunities. Twice annually the Fourth Avenue Merchants Association puts on this momentous event, drawing between 250,000 and 350,000 participants to each fair , pulling consumers from all walks of life and all levels of income. Of those attending 39% have incomes over $45,000, 64% own their own home, and 75% have attended more than one Street Fair. Surveys show that 80% of consumer attendees are Tucson residents; a further 9% are from surrounding communities. That means over 225,000 year-round Tucson consumers will stroll down Fourth Avenue in just 3 fun-filled days. These are your potential customers!

The Street Fair is now in its 40th year of providing Tucson residents with the chance to mingle and shop.

In addition to the huge face to face consumer exposure, the Fourth Avenue Street Fair is supported by an extensive advertising campaign encompassing radio, TV, print, flyers, billboards, T-shirt and poster sales, etc. This event offers you the chance to promote your message or product to approximately one half of the total population of Tucson in a face to face setting packed with excitement and enjoyment, and (as a sponsor) to receive additional thousands of dollars in direct advertising through traditional media. There is no other promotional opportunity available in the Tucson market with this kind of impact.

PARTNERS BONUS

We are really looking for something more than a sponsor; we are looking for a partner. Multiple Fair commitments (two or more Fairs) at the Bronze level or above (see below) will bring with them exposure at all our other events as well as the Fairs. The Greater Arizona Bicycle Association Swap Meets (one in April, one in November, with 6—8,000 attendees per event), Rodders Day (in May, 7,000 attendees), and Fords On 4th Avenue (in September, 8,000 attendees), are just three examples of the events we have on a year-round basis. Yearly exposure through Fourth Avenue events reaches 725,000 and penetrates every demographic and lifestyle segment of Tucson.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We offer category exclusivity at the Bronze level and above. At the Title Sponsor level we can offer total exclusivity excluding media partners. We limit logo inclusion in print, outdoor, and electronic ads to 5 and try to keep it to 3. This Fair FAMA is offering the following levels of sponsorship:

Presenting Sponsor: There is only one. $50,000 and your name will appear in all advertising for the Street Fair, The Fourth Avenue Street Fair presented by (Your Name); giving your name tremendous association to this iconic Tucson event. Fantastic penetration of the Tucson market.
