Friday, September 16
Paint the Pints (6pm-10pm)

A fun-filled night of art, music and beer to benefit local charities. Sponsored by Blue Moon, 4th Avenue bars and restaurant are selling Blue Moon pints for $4.00. Take some time to also stop into participating shops hosting in-store events and discounts.

Saturday, October 22 / Second Saturday on the Avenue
Fourthtober (1pm-7pm)

Halloween celebrations kick off early this year with beer tasting to benefit local charities. Fourth Avenue bars and restaurants are selling 5oz samples of one of a kind beers provided by local breweries. A ‘Brat Plate’ contest will make this one tasty event to remember.

Spooky Kids Costume Party (5pm-8pm)

Halloween screams continue with 4th Avenue’s annual kids’ costume contest, which includes awesome music, goody bags, and trick-or-treating up and down the Avenue. Costume Contest for the kids begins at 6:00 p.m. at Haggerty Plaza, right next to Goodwill!

Sunday, November 6
Fourth for All Souls Procession (4pm-7pm)

Haggerty Plaza is THE place to be for the All Souls Procession pre-party. Activities include face painting, music, dancing and more. Don’t forget to stop by the prayer garden and drop off your prayer/message for the Urn. All the weekend’s events are listed on www.allsoulsprocession.org.

GABA Bike Swap Meet (7am-2pm)

Where does the largest bicycle swap in the southwest happen? Fourth Avenue, of course – in both the spring and the fall! This event attracts over 5,000 attendees and more than 40 vendors bi-annually. If you love bikes, this is the event for you.

Friday, November 25
Black Friday Sale (10am-6pm)

Sales, specials and surprises up and down the Avenue. THIS is where you want to do all your holiday shopping and support your local businesses.

4th Avenue Winter Street Fair (10am-Dusk)

This is Tucson’s premier community event, bringing together more than 600,000 fair goers each year in the spring and the winter. Free to the public, the Fair takes place along 4th Avenue between 9th St. and University Blvd. The Fair includes more than 400 arts and crafts booths, 40 food and drink vendors, street musicians. bands, entertainment and tons of family fun activities (no pets permitted).

Monday, December 26
Vintage VW Bus Show (2pm-5pm)

A holiday tradition 6 years running, the 4th Avenue Vintage VW Bus Show features more than 25 phenomenal vehicles – and you have a vote on which ones win special recognition. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated and go to local charities. Bring the family and make a day of it.

Love on the Avenue (10am-2am)

Valentine celebrations start early on 4th Avenue with a day of special events including art, live music and tons of giveaways – including a grand prize package! The Avenue has it all: romantic candlelit dinners, sweets, cocktails and Locks of Love art installations. Bring your family for a day of fun and your love for a romantic evening.

Saturday, February 25
Antique Swap Meet (11am-4pm)

Welcome antique pickers, lovers and looky-loos. Enjoy selling and buying gems from the past from vendors in the heart of the Historic 4th Avenue Shopping District. Three Antique Swap meets are held on 4th Avenue each year. A great time for everyone.

Sunday, March 12
Fords on Fourth (9am-3pm)

The Southern Arizona Mustang Club hosts Fords on Fourth, which includes Ford of ALL kinds. In addition to the gorgeous vehicles, the event features the bagpipe group “Tucson and District Pipeband” and the Catalina High School Color Guard. Fords on Fourth benefits the Blake Foundation and other local Tucson charities.

SAAF Jello Wrestling (6pm-10pm)

Hugely entertaining jello wrestling benefit and auction for the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF). The evening includes multiple drag performances and several wrestling match ups throughout the jello shot-filled evening of generous donations.
